Emily Sauter spent 20 years in corporate consulting at the intersection of technology and human resources. She worked globally with several Fortune 500 companies and iconic Australian corporate brands. In her final stretch, she worked intimately with the implementation of artificial intelligence and saw the trend, to create an automated, optimised workplace void of human dignity, ingenuity, and potential. After witnessing the impact on leaders, culture, and workforce, she took a leap of faith and found a new way forward. Emily grew up in America where she was active in cheerleading, dancing, and theatre. She still believes that “being a cheerleader” is her best role in life, especially for tomorrow’s leaders. She now resides in Sydney, Australia, and believes strongly in a holistic approach to being inwardly sound and outwardly focused.
